Crematory Services

On the grounds of Elizabethtown Veterinary Hospital we pride ourselves with our Companion Animal Cremation Services, the only service like this in Bladen County. Private and communal cremations are performed with dignity and compassion. If you choose to cremate privately your pet is cremated alone in a thoroughly cleaned chamber and then placed in an angel pocket. Urns are also available for purchase. If you choose to cremate communally, your pet’s cremains or “ashes” will be spread in our “Field of Dreams” located within our beautiful 50 acre grounds. You may visit the “Field of Dreams” at any time, just look for our 7 foot statute of St. Francis embracing the “dreams of your beloved pet” off Rosemont Lane. (Follow signage)
